Staffing Update: Mark Schorn, PT, is available through January 29, 2026, to cover for Dr. Spooner. Clients of Dr. Spooner are encouraged to book sessions with Mark to ensure continuity of care.

Scheduling Policy: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. To avoid cancellation fees, all changes or cancellations must be made through the portal at least 48 hours before your appointment. Last-minute changes are currently unavailable.

New Clients: Please create a profile at fiziologix.janeapp.com and complete the intake form sent to your email (search “janeapp”) before booking your first session.

Returning Clients (2024-2025): You must log in to update your 2026 intake forms, insurance information, and credit card details prior to scheduling new appointments.

Billing Note: Ensure all insurance and payment information is current to avoid treatment pauses. Rejected claims due to outdated information will be billed at the self-pay rate.
